Shipping Rates

Our website’s shipping rates are weight-based. Meaning your shipping charge is based on the actual weight of the item, rather than the number of items. During checkout, your cart will show the shipping options available for the items you have ordered.

USA Shipping

We use Media Mail as our default shipping method. Priority Mail is also available. Generally, orders for one, two or three CDs can be sent via First Class mail, which is just as reliable. If you have questions regarding shipping, please contact store at projekt dot com.

European Shipping

Because of ever-rising postage costs, and increased customs/duties, it has grown less economical for Projekt’s European fans to purchase from this America-based website. As of September 7 2018, we launched our collaboration with DeeJayDead in Germany. It’s the European Webstore for Projekt & Timeroom releases. DJD’s owner Jan ships out packages every day to happy European customers. Read more In English.

International Shipping

All of our international shipping is sent via USPS 1st Class International or via USPS Priority Mail International.

What happens if my country charges me a customs fee / import duty?

Recipients of shipments outside the USA are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and other levies. PROJEKT has no control over these charges. We are not able to give you any information about the cost that might be charged, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you are concerned, please check the local laws and regulations regarding importing before buying. You should contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What happens when I don’t accept my package?

In case that the shipment hasn’t been successfully delivered to the address due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, such as address, etc. or if the buyer for some reason decided not to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned at the expense of the buyer. We will keep shipping costs both ways from the total amount of the order that we have to refund once we receive the return.

How long will my order take?

Overseas orders generally take about 12 to 20 business days to get to you from the date you place your order on-line. If you want to check the status of your order, go to the Top (brown) Bar, click on My Account and then Track Your Order for an update. If you have waited longer than 3 weeks, please contact us by emailing: store at projekt dot com. Tell us your full name and confirmation number, and we will get back to you promptly with more information.
