In a 5″ cd wallet, signed by Sam. | This CD was release in 1997 for promotional use only. It was given away to press on black tape for a blue girl’s tour, and was available to members of the with my sorrows fan club. We recently found some left over copies in our storage space; get it while it lasts. Note: The glue is falling apart on some of these, so you may need to do a little ‘touch up’ with a glue stick.
