This pioneering American dark-wave band’s 1989 debut wasn’t officially released until a few years after their classic Ionia album.

On Wake, John Fair and Mike VanPortfleet crafted dreary yet mesmerizing songs that roughly laid the blueprint for an extensive and powerful discography to come. Lycia, from their inception, we’re unique beyond words and it’s our pleasure to give this landmark release a deluxe treatment.

Limited edition of 100 copies. Newly remastered from the original 1989 Orphanage Records release. The Projekt Records 1993 reissue differs, with pitch and tempo alterations, additional songs, as well as reverb added in the restoration process.
