Fed Ex Ground is only available in the 48 continental states. No Alaska or Hawaii or foreign customers.

Mexico - Express Mail Service This service is via the post office. It is trackable, takes only a few days and comes with insurance. We recommend this, for our Mexican customers Please read this note	$16.75	$20.oo	$23.70	$29.oo

Our international shipping rates are based on an average order. We've noticed that some orders (largely those for clearance items) aren't being charged the proper postage. On these orders, Projekt will weigh the cds and find the exact cost of postage. We will then email you with the adjusted total for your approval. If you decide that you don't want to pay the proper postage, we will cancel the order and refund any payment you've sent. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but this is the only way to keep shipping rates fair for all of our customers.

Mexico - Airmail This is standard airmail. We've had a number of problems with packages getting lost . If you do not use Mexico - Express Mail Service, we will not replace your package if it gets lost. Rest of World - Airmail This is standard Airmail Service. Please read this note regarding your identification. If you want insurance, please enter "Insurance via EMS" in the comments area of the cart. We will calculate the Express Mail Service rates, and email to you for final approval. Frequently asked Shipping questions:

I am placing a large order within the U.S., do you insure your packages?
If you place an order via Fed Ex Ground, your package will be automatically insured. This is the way to go, if you are worried about your delivery. We rarely have problems with the U.S. Post Office, but Priority Mail packages are not insured, and will not be replaced if lost. Please keep this in mind.

Why Chose Fed Ex Ground over Priority Mail?
If you are having problems with your mail delivery, then consider using Fed Ex Ground instead. Fed Ex shipments are automatically insured; Priority Mail is not. Fed Ex requires that somebody be at your delivery address to sign for the package. Fed Ex has a habit of leaving boxes without signatures, so if you don't think you will be home to receive the package, consider having it delivered to your work address or parent's house.

Can Projekt.com ship oversees orders by Registered Airmail or Insurance?
Yes. The way we do this is by shipping your package via "Express Mail Service" which offers both insurance and a way to track your package. If you are in Mexico, chose the "Express Mail Service" option during check-out. For the rest of the world: If you want this option, please enter "Insurance via EMS" in the Comments area of the check-out process.
