UK Import at a domestic Price | "This CD is...Goth Rock at it's best!" - Dusk Records (New Zealand)
This compilation put together by StarVox Music Zine features 13 tracks by some of the scene's best bands. From the aggressive "Darkness Falls" by NFD (featuring members of The Fields of the Nephilim and Sensorium), the new-wave sounds of Dead As Romance, the newly re-mastered marvels of The Empire Hideous and The Naked And The Dead, to the mournful and dark Nick Cave styled "Open Road" by Myssouri; this CD is an impressive mix of gothrock and deathrock. Germany's legendary Murder At The Registry contributes their first new single in two years while Bella Morte gives us a teaser to their new CD The Quiet with the track "Living Dead." The UK's Belisha pumps high octane energy with "The Fall Of The Evergreen" while oldschoolers The Sins get dirty with "Angels." Eternia presents dark mood music, The Deep Eynde takes listeners back to goth's post-punk roots, Ghoultown gets Western with "Ten Seconds To Blood" (a song never before released in the U.S.) and capping it off is the catchy but delightfully strange "Dial M" by The Brides.
