With Love And Rockets, Daniel Ash fashioned such alternative staples as "No New Tail To Tell", "Ball Of Confusion," and the 1989 Top Five smash "So Alive." "Go," the massive 1984 club hit by his Tones On Tail project, became an international club hit, echoing throughout the dance clubs from New York to Berlin and featuring in many movies. Moby's "Go" not only borrowed the title but also the vocal shout, while "Movement Of Fear" from Tones on Tail's 1989 album "Pop" was sampled by Fun Loving Criminals on their universal hit "Scooby Snacks." Ash also featured legendary influential band Bauhaus, and the immortal 1979 single "Bela Legosi's Dead". In 2002 Daniel toured playing tunes from throughout his career, many of which he hadn't played live in years. The result of which is Come Alive, fifteen live songs that follow Daniel Ash's illustrious career up until now.
