There are some special considerations for our overseas customers. We want to help you get your Projekt releases as quickly and easily as possible. So please keep these points in mind.

Foreign Orders Must Send ID, first (IMPORTANT)
Of course we ship orders to our overseas customers. However, due to increasing credit card fraud, if you are placing an order for delivery outside of these countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom you must first send us a copy of the front and back of your credit card and a copy of your drivers license, passport, or other form of picture identification. Please include your email address and we will notify you when we have received your information.

Sorry, we can not accept JCB cards, nor can we accept any card that doesn't have the cardholder's name imprinted.

Your order will not be shipped until we have this information on file.
Once we have this information on file you will be able to place all future orders directly through our website. Scan your ID & credit card and send it to us as a jpg at shea@projektNOSPAM.com (Please remove "NOSPAM" from the address). We apologize for this inconvenience.



Can Projekt.com ship oversees orders by Registered Airmail or Insurance?
Yes. The way we do this is by shipping your package via "Express Mail Service" which offers both insurance and a way to track your package. If you are in Mexico, chose the "Express Mail Service" option during check-out. For the rest of the world: If you want this option, please enter "Insurance via EMS" in the Comments area of the check-out process. We will calculate the Express Mail Service rates, and email them to you for final approval. If you do not EMS your package, we will not replace it if it gets lost. Please keep this in mind

How long will my order take?
We try to enter your order as quickly as possible. Overseas orders generally take about 12 to 20 business days to get to you from the date you place your order on-line. If you have waited longer than 3 weeks you may wish to contact us by emailing: shea@projektNOSPAM.com. Tell her your full name and confirmation number, she will get back to you promptly with more information.

What are your shipping rates?

Will I ever be charged MORE than the posted shipping rates?
Our international shipping rates are based on an average order. We've noticed that some orders (largely those for clearance items) aren't being charged the proper postage. On these orders, Projekt will weigh the cds and find the exact cost of postage. We will then email you with the adjusted total for your approval. If you decide that you don't want to pay the proper postage, we will cancel the order and refund any payment you've sent. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but this is the only way to keep shipping rates fair for all of our customers.

What does this cost in my local currency?
You can use this currency conversion website: Oanda.com to calculate the total into your local currency. We only take funds in America Dollars, but we thought this link might be helpful.
