Festival Laminate holders will get access to either the 7:30 or 9:30 show. The 7:30pm Show: Due to heightened demand for admission to the 7:30pm show with Steve Roach & Vidna Obmana on 26 May 2002 at St. Mary's church, only a limited number of tickets will be available at the door night of show. Entry to the 7:30pm show cannot be guaranteed without an advance ticket. To ensure admittance to the 7:30pm show, please aquire tickets in advance. Doors open at 7:00pm. Please arrive early as once the concert has begun, seating will be at the discretion of the house manager. It is predicted that there will be a number of admissions available at the door for the 9:30pm concert. Doors for this show open at 9:00pm. In both cases, admission and seating will be on a first-come first-served basis; therefore it is important to arrive early. The Ambient Gathering Ticketing Info Sunday May 26th. 7:30 or 9:30 pm The third night of the Projektfest gives you two choices. The Ambient Gathering hosted by Chuck Van Zyl features a rare performance by Steve Roach / Vidna Obmana. Admission to the Gathering is free with your festival laminate. The Gathering is held at St. Mary's Church on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania. This is a cab ride away from the Hampton Inn, our designated hotel. The other Sunday Night event is the Dracula's Ball hosted by Dancing Ferret Concerts, held at the Trocadero from 9pm - 2am. The Gathering is included with the price of your three day festival package. You will not receive a separate ticket for the Gathering when you get your tickets via fed ex; rather you will get into the Gathering by showing your festival laminate at the door. Pick up your laminate at the Meet'n'greet at the Hampton Inn, (3 - 8pm on Friday); this laminate serves as your Gathering ticket. If you cannot get to the Meet'n'Greet, you can pick up your festival laminate at the Merchandise table at the Trocadero. all photos by Mike Crowley, 1997 Your festival laminate will get you into one of two Gathering sets In order to accommodate all attendees, Roach/Obmana will perform two sets of basically the same material. You can choose between the 7:30pm and 9:30pm set. St. Mary's is a 300 person intimate venue, thus we recommend that you decide which show to attend, based on your plans for dinner and/or Dracula's Ball. If you definitely want to see the 7:30 set (so you can get to the Dracula's Ball) arrive early! If you arrive for the 7:30 set and it is filled to capacity, you will be given a number to be at the front of the line for the 9:30 set. Remember this point: if you have purchased a three-day festival ticket, you do not need to purchase a Gathering ticket. You can purchase a Gathering-Only ticket If you are not attending the Projektfest, you may purchase 'Gathering-only' tickets in advance ($15) or at the door day of show ($20).
