Here's how to apply for a space at the Merchants' Bazaar
Print the application from your web browser
set your printer to "fill page" as this file is larger than an 8.5 x 11 sheet.
Print the floor plan from your web browser
Due to the large number of people interested in a spot at our Bazaar, we are putting a cap on 27 Merchant spaces for Projektfest02. This allows those who book early a greater chance of higher sales. Don't procrastinate or you might not be able to get a space.
A Merchant's Space for Projektfest'02 Includes
One (1) 6' x 2' table for both days of our Bazaar
Up to three (3) chairs for your space
25% discount on Projektfest tickets (for up to three vendees)

Projektfest'02 Basics
Projektfest'02 is held Friday May 24th through Sunday May 26th in Philadelphia, PA.
Our designated hotel is The Hampton Inn, where the Bazaar is located (during the day).
The venue for the bands (during the evening) is The Trocadero (three blocks away) for Friday and Saturday and St. Mary's Church (which is a cab ride away) on Sunday.
We have block booked 110 rooms for our guests, quad occupancy, at the Hampton Inn. There is a special Projektfest rate of $119 a nite.
This is the original Merchants' Bazaar page. Please note that all spots are now filled.
The Merchants' Bazaar Basics
The basement level of The Hampton Inn has the meeting room for our Bazaar.
The Bazaar will be held Saturday the 25th and Sunday the 26th.
The room will be open to attendees of Projektfest from Noon - 6pm.
The room is accessible to Merchants 10 am - 7pm Saturday, 11am - 8pm Sunday.
There will be a 2 hour setup before the Bazaar opens on Saturday the 25th and a 2 hour breakdown Sunday evening the 26th.
We allow up to three people to work per Merchant space. One "main person" and two "helpers."
Bathrooms are located near the room on the same level of the Hampton.
Cost / Payment
Merchant Space is $55.00 (total) per table for two days, Saturday the 25th and Sunday the 26th
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please be sure you can attend before purchase.
You can choose which space you like, on a first paid - first served basis.
- Payment can be made to Projekt via Visa, MC or Paypal.
- We also accept money orders and can hold your requested space for one week, while we wait on the mail.
Acoustic Performances
We hope to have two 20 minute acoustic performances per day in the Merchants' Area. Possibly we will do giveaways, as well. Our goal is to bring our guests into the Bazaar as often as possible. Projekt will *not* schedule day events which would distract people from the Bazaar. [Acoustic sets to be determined and are not a part of the contract between Projekt and Vendor.]

Spaces
There are 27 Merchant spaces available.
Tables are provided. They are 6' x 2' -- there is a 6' x 5' space behind the table for you and your stuff.
Remember to bring a tablecloth. The hotel will provide the standard white cloth, but you might want something more appropriate to your aesthetic.
For Clothing Racks, see the next section.
Electrical Outlets are available in the room. Please bring your own extension cord and power strip, even though the hotel says they will have some available.
There are no phone jacks. You will need to process credit card orders via your cell.
There is no taping, tacking or affixing things to the walls except for Tables #6 through #12, where Merchants can use pushpins to affix signs and such to the soft corkboard-like airwall between our room and the Independence Room.
If you want to hang stuff in other spaces aside from those above, you will need to bring a backboard to hang it on.

Clothing Racks
If you have clothing racks, please be advised that you cannot place racks in the aisle.
Space #17 + #18 are designed for racks. These spaces are 6' x 7'.
If #17 + #18 are booked and you plan to use racks, please include that information in the appropriate area of the request form.
You must provide your own racks.
If your racks are slightly larger than our recommended rack space, please let us know in advance.

How to Reserve Your Space
Print the application and the floor plan from your web browser.
Because of annoying computer stuff, the Application is slightly larger than a full page. Use 'size to page' when you print it. If that doesn't work, email sam and we will email you a PDF -- or include your fax number and we will fax them to you.
Fill out the application and fax it to us at 603-949-8021.
Once payment is processed, we reserve your space and email your Merchant registration number.
Copy your Merchant registration number to the space on your application form.
Please bring this number/application with you to the room on Saturday morning to claim your table.
Lost registration numbers can be resolved by emailing Sam at least 5 days prior to the event.

Merchant Area No-Nos
There is no smoking allowed in the Merchants' Area.
There is no burning of candles or incense (we don't want the sprinklers to ruin our day).
If you will be playing music at your table, please keep your volume levels comfortable.
Please respect others in the Merchants' Area by keeping the walkway in front of your exhibit free and clear for passing traffic.
Please no SMELLY things like airbrushing, silk-screening, fang-molding, gyro cooking....
Merchant Area Security
We will have staff in the Merchants' Area during operation hours, to help resolve any problems.
Merchants' area doors will be locked at 7pm Saturday through 11am Sunday. No one will be able to enter for any reason during these hours. Don't leave anything that you will need in the room.
The hotel has a security person who patrols the lobby and the area outside the Merchants' room.
There will *not* be overnight security specifically assigned to the Merchants' room. We recommend that at the end of Saturday, you bring your valuable items with you to your room.
The exhibitor/merchant assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of merchant/exhibitor's activities on the Hotel premises. The Hotel and Projekt will not assume the responsibility for personal property or equipment brought on the premises. Damage to or loss of any merchandise / equipment or articles left in the Hotel or unattended by Merchant is not the responsibility of the Hotel, Projekt, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees.
